The practical side won. I spent the week making moulds. One body and four heads.

The action figures I like best are fully posable with 38 points of articulation. There are many spaces to fill with wax and smooth over around the various joints. I want to preserve as much of the original surface of the action figure as possible within certain limits. There is no point fussing over them for too long with all the work that is coming up in the posing stage.
