This will become a wall light. It will accommodate wiring or the insertion of a battery operated LED. The plan is to recreate some of the feeling of the antique night light discussed in Collector. Trying out the Plainsman Polar Ice Slip.

I am hoping to use up a good quantity of glaze material that came from the estate of a local artist. It’s a beautiful white low fire glaze. So I will be doing a cone 6 bisque fire followed by an 06 glaze.

I have been looking for a project that will convey the beauty of this glaze and save it from becoming landfill. A glowing slightly menacing cat head might be just the ticket.

If only the wax had a time limit. Will now have to finish in the in between times of Furry Things. But then they are almost done…
